One important area of focus for us is increasing the number, quality, and diversity of alternative protein courses. We recognize designing curricula from scratch can be prohibitively time-consuming for busy faculty. Thus, we created the curriculum repository to help facilitate the creation of new educational programs explicitly focused on alternative proteins.
