The State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) Alt Protein Project’s mission is to forge a united and inclusive group that fosters rich scientific discussions and disseminates information that supports the advancement of the alternative protein field. We host meetings and enable partnerships between our university and industries, with the ultimate goal of supporting research and development of alternative proteins — making knowledge, technologies and products more accessible.
UNICAMP is a public research university located in the country’s biotech hub, São Paulo, and is known for its startup culture driven by student and professor initiatives.
