About
The Berlin Alt Protein Project is not currently active, but the previous leaders laid a great foundation for building TU Berlin into an engine of alternative protein education, research, and innovation. If you want to help build upon that progress and restart The Berlin Alt Protein Project, please contact us directly! We would love to work with you and revitalize student leadership at TU Berlin.
Created with the support of the Good Food Institute, The Berlin Alt Protein Project strives to support the development of a healthy, sustainable and fair food system by creating a vibrant and robust community for alternative protein promotion, research and innovation at Berlin universities. Students can explore the field of alternative protein and other opportunities associated with plant-based, cultivated, and fermentation-derived meat, eggs, and dairy; the main focus lays on cellular agriculture. The Berlin Alt Protein Project is a solution-oriented group that provides members with a welcoming, inclusive space in which to discover how their interests and skills intersect with the needs of the alternative protein industry, to share, promote and cooperate on relevant research.
