About
The NYP Alt Protein Project aims to create awareness for alternative proteins at Nanyang Polytechnic. Our goal is to provide more education and learning opportunities for NYP students to gain greater understanding of alternative proteins.
The development of the world’s first unagi fish cakes grown in ethical plant-based serum was conducted at NYP. NYP also has strong industry connections in Singapore that we learn from and collaborate with.
