Positioned at the center of the Start-Up Nation, the Tel Aviv Alt Protein Project aims to stimulate alternative protein research and to create a community of students and researchers passionate about changing the future of food. We are growing education and awareness of alternative proteins through finding and connecting interested students with opportunities to conduct research. We also partner with like-minded organizations such as Effective Altruism Israel, animal welfare and climate-focused groups at our university to host virtual career events featuring speakers working in the alternative protein industry.
