About
The Brown Alt Protein Project seeks to get students and faculty across disciplines thinking about the inefficiencies and injustices of our modern food system and how we can all play a part in improving it. By raising awareness of alternative proteins through fun events and reading groups, our aim is to inspire members of the Brown community to pursue work in this emerging field or simply enjoy a plant based burger in lieu of beef.
