About
The BioSense Alt Protein Project strives to unite students and researchers who desire to create a sustainable and ethical alternative food system. We believe in alternative proteins as a way to address global food insecurity, change the way people think about healthy diets, and advance technology that can be used in outer space.
We focus on three main objectives:
- Stimulate open-access research that enables innovation in the alternative protein field.
- Organize events that generate awareness and excitement, propel innovation, and cultivate new ideas around alternative proteins.
- Build a fun, fulfilling, and inclusive community for students and researchers interested in alternative proteins.
