About
The NTU Alternative Protein Project is a student organization founded in the summer of 2022. The club serves as an inclusive forum for students and academics to exchange ideas and advance the field of alternative proteins focusing on the development of plant-based, fermentation, and cultivated meat innovation. We foster a vibrant and eager community for alternative proteins by organizing educational events as well as stimulating open-access research at NTU.
