Event description

Tufts Nutrition Data Symposium (TNDS) establishes a necessary forum where students, researchers, academics, and young professionals can share, discuss, and explore diverse opinions, experiences, and expertise on emerging topics in the fields of nutrition and public health sciences.

While the focus of the TNDS is always on nutrition and research, the 2023 theme of Sustainability Now! aims to highlight solution- and implementation-oriented research and to promote engagement with some of the greatest threats and obstacles facing public health and research today. Our sub-themes include:

  • Environmental sustainability in our food systems
  • Making healthy diets maintainable for people and populations
  • Action-oriented solutions and transdisciplinary implementation science
