For many of us, one of the best parts of working at GFI is when people on the cusp of a new career ask, “How can I work in alternative protein?”

To answer this question, GFI’s university innovation specialists Amy Huang and Annie Osborn are launching a quarterly conversation series, “Ask GFI: Alt. Protein Careers.” This video conference discussion is designed to support students, recent graduates, and anyone else who might be considering a new career in the alternative protein field. And you’re invited to join us for our first call!

Date: March 10, 2020
Time: 3 p.m. PDT / 6 p.m. EDT

We’ll begin each session with a brief presentation that answers frequently asked questions. The rest of the call is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you might have about building skills and finding the right job in alternative protein—specifically plant-based meat, cultivated meat, and fermentation-derived protein.

Worried that you don’t have a specific question to ask? We’d love to have you! You can always listen to the conversation without asking something yourself. Have questions, but don’t like talking in front of a group? Fear not! You can add questions to a shared agenda, or send Amy and Annie questions via individual chat.

Sign up here to get an invitation to “Ask GFI: Alt. Protein Careers.” We can’t wait to meet you!
