Join the Alt Protein Project at the Bridge2Food North American Symposium in Minneapolis from October 21–23. GFI’s Alt Protein Project will host an exhibit booth highlighting student research, collaborations, and community impact stories from active APP groups across the region.

Attendees can:

  • Meet APP student leaders and learn about their academic and entrepreneurial initiatives.
  • Discover how student-led alt protein hubs are driving awareness and innovation across university campuses.
  • Explore ways to collaborate with the next generation of scientists, advocates, and innovators.
