Weren’t able to make it to The Good Food Conference? Or maybe you did make it, and you’re already hungry for more? Yup, we are too. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that GFI is co-sponsoring this year’s Ivy League Future of Food Conference (Ivy FFC), October 12th –14th at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

This is the seventh annual Ivy League-hosted academic and professional conference dedicated to science, entrepreneurship, and policy in the plant-based and clean meat space. Ivy FFC 2018 will focus on scientific and business opportunities in the alternative protein industry as well as the environmental and health benefits of plant-based diets.

GFI’s very own Innovation Specialist Aylon Steinhart will kick off the conference’s main programming with an overview of the plant-based and clean meat industries. Following his keynote address, prominent scientists, founders, and investors will provide insight into the state of the industry and share their advice for pursuing careers in plant-based and clean meat.

Here’s the best part! Everyone is invited: the conference is open to the general public. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from thought leaders in the alternative protein industry while networking with students and professionals eager to contribute to the future food revolution.
