Sharon Lee provides project coordination and administrative support for the Science and Technology department.

In her first career, Sharon spent 14 years at Citigroup Global Markets in New York, rising to the position of Director in Fixed Income Quantitative Research. In this role, she used quantitative methodologies to analyze financial markets and formulate investment strategies for institutional investors. Sharon devoted the next 14 years to raising her vegetarian family, relying heavily on alternative proteins to develop kid-friendly plant-based recipes. She has also spent time as a sports writer, math tutor, and youth baseball coach. Her interests include food, sports, working with at-risk children, and volunteering for programs that address food insecurity. Sharon holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Princeton University.
