Paul Bradley leads the Development Operations team in advancing the systems and strategy that power the organization’s fundraising efforts
Areas of expertise: nonprofit revenue operations and strategy, fundraising analytics and pipeline management, cross-functional systems alignment, and development process design

Paul joined GFI after extensive experience across legacy nonprofit organizations in Los Angeles. A native of Salem, Massachusetts, he began his career as a journalist before working on his MBA in Agribusiness and Sustainable Food Production at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and he specializes in designing systems and processes that make fundraising more efficient and effective. Outside the office, Paul coaches public speakers, explores new hobbies, and enjoys teaching old dogs new tricks.
