Kristin is a people and culture leader with more than a decade of experience helping organizations build thoughtful, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces. Her work focuses on creating and maintaining systems and practices that support both individual growth and organizational success. She has supported nonprofit organizations, startups, and large global corporations, and has lived and worked in four countries across three continents. Kristin holds a B.A. in Psychology from the American University of Paris.
