Kaitlin Grady


Kaitlin Grady builds partnerships with GFI’s constituents in support of its mission to accelerate alternative protein innovation globally.

Areas of expertise: development strategy, programmatic evaluation, international affairs, cello & music composition.

Kaitlin develops relationships and aligns donor priorities with high-impact funding opportunities at GFI to build a sustainable, secure, and just food system. Prior to joining GFI, she worked in development strategy at the University of Chicago and at Duke University. Kaitlin serves on the External Committee for the Chapel Hill Alt. Protein Project, on the board of Triangle Meatless Mondays, and as a District Leader for the Humane Society for the United States. She is a classically-trained cellist who has performed and recorded internationally. Kaitlin holds a B.A. in International Studies: Global Health & Economics, French, and Social & Economic Justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
