Elizabeth Pearson leads operational strategy and systems management for the Corporate Engagement team, designing the workflows, reporting frameworks, and data infrastructure that scale the team’s impact.

Elizabeth joined GFI after three years at Ceres, a sustainability nonprofit that advances climate-smart business practices. As a senior associate on Ceres’ communications and marketing team, Elizabeth led process improvements and managed data systems. Prior to Ceres, she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at a Spanish-language community center in Chicago, where she developed programming and built community partnerships. Elizabeth graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Vanderbilt University with a double major in English and Spanish.
