Amruza Birdie

Amruza Birdie is the founder and principal at Reveal Impact, providing leadership and executive coaching to nonprofits, startups, and the public sector. Leveraging 15+ years of experience, she previously founded and served as executive director of Encompass, a national nonprofit advancing equity in animal welfare. Her expertise also includes working as a federal lobbyist to help reform the Toxic Substances Control Act, and leading people operations for her family’s large Montessori school, including through a successful acquisition. Birdie holds a Master’s degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Public Management from Johns Hopkins University and an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.
