Webinar description

Join GFI and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Industrial Efficiency and Decarbonization Office (IEDO) for a webinar covering an upcoming public funding opportunity.

On November 17, IEDO announced its intent to issue an $83 million funding opportunity that will decrease emissions in the hardest to decarbonize industrial subsectors.

The “FY24 Energy- and Emissions-Intensive Industries FOA” will fund research, development, and prototype or pilot-scale technology validation and demonstration activities that will accelerate the development and adoption of sustainable technologies that increase efficiency and eliminate industrial greenhouse gas emissions for the most energy- and emissions-intensive industrial subsectors. Alternative protein companies are eligible to apply under topic 3: Decarbonizing Food and Beverage Products. Read more

Join GFI and IEDO for a webinar covering this upcoming funding opportunity. We’ll hear directly from Dr. Yaroslav Chudnovsky, Senior Technology Manager, IEDO, for a presentation and audience Q&A.

Alternative protein companies of all stages are welcome and encouraged to join.
