Event description:

Join GFI Senior Scientist Elliot Swartz, Ph.D., as he reviews the results from a recent life cycle assessment (LCA) and techno-economic analysis (TEA) for cultivated meat informed by data inventories collected from active industry partners.

This webinar will also address areas where costs or environmental impacts can be further decreased and where gaps in knowledge still exist. Additionally, the areas of focus for technology development that are likely to be most beneficial in reducing future costs and environmental impacts will be highlighted.
