Hosted by Stanford Bio-X, Re-Thinking Food: From Plate to Planet is a full-day symposium focused on the intersection of food, health, and sustainability. With topics spanning planetary health, human nutrition, and cutting-edge research in food systems, the event will feature renowned speakers, including Harold McGee, Christopher Gardner, and faculty from UC Davis, Harvard, and more.

The program includes expert presentations, student research showcases, and discussions on the role of science and policy in shaping the future of food.
