Hosted by Stanford Bio-X, Re-Thinking Food: From Plate to Planet is a full-day symposium focused on the intersection of food, health, and sustainability. With topics spanning planetary health, human nutrition, and cutting-edge research in food systems, the event will feature renowned speakers, including Harold McGee, Christopher Gardner, and faculty from UC Davis, Harvard, and more.
