GFI is proud to collaborate with the Plant Based Foods Association, which represents and supports the growing plant-based foods sector, and the Association for Meat, Poultry, and Seafood Innovation, which brings together companies developing cultivated meat, poultry, and seafood. Together, these organizations are helping build a more innovative and competitive food economy while expanding the choices available to consumers.

Join the Association for Meat, Poultry, and Seafood Innovation and the Good Food Institute for a tasting of cultivated lox from Wildtype.
Sample cultivated salmon and learn how companies developing new food production methods are opening doors for American agriculture, biomanufacturing, and a more resilient food supply.
