Join the Good Food Institute at booth 4439 during the 2026 NCSL Legislative Summit in Chicago for two special events highlighting the people, products, and partnerships helping advance food innovation.

GFI is proud to collaborate with the Plant Based Foods Association, which represents and supports the growing plant-based foods sector, and the Association for Meat, Poultry, and Seafood Innovation, which brings together companies developing cultivated meat, poultry, and seafood. Together, these organizations are helping build a more innovative and competitive food economy while expanding the choices available to consumers.

Join the Association for Meat, Poultry, and Seafood Innovation and the Good Food Institute for a tasting of cultivated lox from Wildtype.

Sample cultivated salmon and learn how companies developing new food production methods are opening doors for American agriculture, biomanufacturing, and a more resilient food supply.
