GFI Senior Corporate Engagement Manager Abby Sewell will join the panel “Clean label versus ultra-processed foods: Science, semantics, and consumer trust.” The discussion will examine how clean label claims intersect with food processing, nutrition science, policy, and consumer understanding. Speakers will also explore how brands can communicate responsibly amid evolving definitions and heightened scrutiny of ultra-processed foods.
GFI Lead Economic and Industry Analyst Daniel Gertner will also be on site to connect with attendees and discuss opportunities in ingredient innovation and alternative proteins.
