Riley Jackson

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS AND MARKETING MANAGER
IVY FARM TECHNOLOGIES

Riley has been a passionate advocate in the alternative protein industry for over eight years. Starting her career in advertising and strategy, she focused on bridging the gap between consumers and their food, highlighting the impact of their choices. Riley was inspired after being part of the Beyond Meat launch into Canada and has since collaborated with innovative companies like the The Good Food Institute, BIOMILQ, and Tindle. On the business development team at Impossible Foods, she successfully launched numerous products into the U.S. market. Determined to transform the global food system, Riley now leads marketing and partnerships at Oxford-based cultivated meat company Ivy Farm Technologies. Her mission is to pave the way for cultivated meat’s market entry and to connect consumers and partners with the possibilities of the future of protein.
