ACF is the premier professional chefs’ organization in North America with more than 14,000 members in over 170 chapters nationwide. Join us at their National Convention to gain resources that will keep you on the cutting edge and involved with the culinary industry. Marika Azoff, GFI’s Corporate Engagement Lead – Retail and Food Service, will be leading a panel titled “Beyond the Burger: The Next Generation of Alternative Protein Innovation.” Alternative protein chefs will discuss how sustainable proteins can support your business and help feed our growing population—deliciously, nutritiously, and sustainably.

CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT LEAD – RETAIL AND FOOD SERVICE
Marika works with companies involved in food sales and distribution to increase their sales of and commitment to alternative proteins. Marika first joined GFI with a focus on alternative seafood. Through building relationships with the private sector, she worked to accelerate the development of alternative seafood globally. Marika earned a BA in Animal Conservation from the University of Rochester and spent the last decade focused on animal conservation and strategic partnerships.
