The Cornell Alt Protein Project is focused on spreading awareness of alternative proteins on campus. The purpose of our organization is to build a community where people can discuss alternatives to conventional meat consumption and recruit members from different majors and colleges within Cornell. The purpose of our Alt Protein Project is to inspire future innovation and spark both faculty and student interest.
