This funding can be used to support the development of commercial-scale facilities\, including first-of-a-kind plants that are commercializing novel technologies at scale.  \n\n\n\nIn this webinar recording\, Adam Lowry—co-founder and former CEO of Ripple Foods and Senior Consultant with DOE’s Title 17 Clean Energy Financing Program—explains the LPO’s loan application process and offers guidance to help alternative protein companies determine their eligibility and submit applications. \n\n\n\nIn addition\, Congresswoman Julia Brownley and LPO Director Jigar Shah provided brief remarks covering how the Department of Energy can help alternative protein companies unlock the funding they need to scale manufacturing.  \n\n\n\nCompanies of all stages are welcome and encouraged to join.
